Safety switch with guard locking and without guard lock monitoring NZ.VZ.VS

Safety switch NZ.VZ.VS has magnetic guard locking. The guard cannot be opened when locked. Series NZ.VZ.VS safety switches are switches of type 2. They have anodic oxidized die-cast housings designed according to EN50041.

Safety switch TZ with guard locking and guard lock monitoring

The safety switch TZ has magnetic guard locking with additional interlocking monitoring system. Consequently, the position of the door and the solenoid can be monitored by the higher-level control system. Series TZ safety switches are switches of type 2. They differ in the locking method, solenoid operating voltage, actuating head, switching contacts used, as well as the connection.

Safety switch STA

The robust metal safety switch STA is physically compatible with the proven EUCHNER safety switches TP and STP in the plastic housing. Due to its die-cast aluminum housing and the high degree of protection, IP67, the switch can withstand even extreme ambient conditions. Like the switches TP and STP, the safety switch STA also has guard locking and guard lock monitoring. A large selection of switching elements is available. The switching contacts switch a minimum current of 1 mA. The safety switch STA is therefore also suitable for use in safe control systems.

Because of its slim design, the safety switch TX is excellent for mounting on the profiles of guard fences.

Safety switch with guard locking TQ

The TQ series is designed with compact dimensions of 75 x 75 x 15 mm, so that installation is possible even in cases where space is much too tight for other guard locking devices. Despite its small size, this safety switch has five switching contacts and a status LED.
The auxiliary release accessible from three sides and the well thought-out fastening concept create plenty of space during attachment. The device has non-safe contacts for monitoring the guard locking. Use only as guard locking for process protection.

Safety switch with guard locking and guard lock monitoring TP

The safety switches TP ensure that guards remain in the closed position until a hazardous movement, e.g. an over-traveling main spindle, has come to a standstill.
Similarly, opening of the guard during a process is prevented. Thanks to their slim design, they are ideal for universal mounting on profile rails. Safety switches TP have reinforced plastic housings. They thus provide ideal installation opportunities for the automation, assembly and handling technology sectors.

Safety switch TK with guard locking and guard lock monitoring

Wherever typical safety switches of type 2 reach their limits, the TK is in its element. With a locking force of more than 5,000 N, it is set up for very high loads.
The TK has guard lock monitoring and is equipped with safety switching contacts.
Simple principle of operation: If a safety system is to be locked, the guard locking pin prevents it from opening. The guard locking pin is retracted only after the guard locking solenoid is supplied with power. The guard can then be opened.
The pin position can be monitored via the safety switching elements.

Safety switch STP

Based on the plastic-encapsulated safety switch TP with guard locking, the safety switch STP features both an actuating head and an internal cam made of metal. As a result, the switch can be used for applications that require high locking forces (up to 2500 N).
The safety switch STP has a switching element with 4 switching contacts. EUCHNER supplies the STP safety switch with various contact combinations (positively driven contacts / NO contacts).
Dual-channel wiring to achieve the maximum possible safety level is possible with all possible variants. Given the particular property of the switching contacts of switching a minimum current of 1 mA, the safety switch STP is also suitable for use on safe control systems.

Safety switch STM with guard locking and guard lock monitoring

Due to its small design, the safety switch STM with plastic housing is particularly suitable for applications in which robustness is required in combination with small dimensions.
Along with the variant with the plastic actuating head, the STM is also available with a metal actuating head and cam. This is particularly suitable for applications that require high locking forces (up to 2,000 N).
