Electro Pneumatic Solutions demonstrates its business excellence and continuous improvement of professional and professional performance, fast delivery and commissioning of "Invertek Drives" frequency regulators in the application of ventilation and fumigation of the garage.
Invertek Drives, Optidrive E3 series, 18.5 kW and 15 kW, are used to drive fans in the parking garage on three levels. The devices were delivered quickly, and after installation, a check and parameterization was performed, after which the regulators were put into operation.
The frequency regulators in this application are used in two operating modes: ventilation mode and fire mode.
The rotation speed in ventilation mode is relatively low and is activated according to the set time intervals. As one of the requirements was reduced energy consumption, the frequency converters set the mode of energy consumption optimization, where the V / f characteristic "drops".
Another requirement in the application is to work in fire mode. Then the fans have a high speed of rotation, and the frequency regulator ignores most of the internal protections, in order to ensure that it works at maximum speed for as long as possible and draws smoke from the room where the fire broke out.
